Complaints
If we've got something wrong, tell us.
We want to hear about it, and to fix it. Here's how to complain, what happens next, and where to go if you're not happy with our response.
Step one
Tell us what went wrong.
The quickest way to get it fixed is to tell us directly. Say what happened, what you'd like us to do about it, and the best way to reach you.
